Application

To be eligible, an applicant must be an active graduate student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university. Special consideration to contributions from students in “emerging markets” as defined by the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank.

Each applicant must submit a curriculum vitae, a 225-word abstract of the manuscript, and a letter from his/her college or university attesting to the applicant’s academic status.
